Pearl Healthcare Limited (ASX: PHL) "Pearl Group", is an Australian publicly listed company with a network of dental laboratories that was created through the acquisition of individually successful laboratories across Australia.  The number of acquisitions has recently risen to 28, operating across 11 different sites nationally.

Pearl Group is only in the dental laboratory business. Our objective is to enhance the income opportunities of dentists by offering a broad range superior products and services that benefit their patients through offering a consistent high quality of products and services.

Pearl Group philosophy is that each laboratory maintains a strong professional relationships its dental professional client base.

 

This strong professional relationship is what dental professionals want and this is what labs under the Pearl Group umbrella continue to provide.

Pearl Group approach is to operate labs on a regional / decentralised basis. This means that each laboratory trades under a co-branded relationship with both the Pearl Group with their own lab identity appearing prominently. Individual labs continue to have responsibility for their client relationships, staff management, product quality and service delivery. Each labs invoices their clients as the job is despatched and is responsible for collecting client receivables.

Pearl Group operates in partnership with the labs and can relieve labs of some of their administrative burdens and add value to the labs business through marketing, technician recruitment, training and retention.
